SAS-GPS is currently looking for additional experienced Government Proposal Writers to join our team and are willing to work remote as a 1099 on a project-to-project basis. We are a woman-owned and service-disabled veteran business. We have over 20 years of experience writing and winning proposals.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Research, formulate, write, edit, format, and produce large, complex, strategic winning proposals (and all associated documents), ensuring they are accurate, well-written, and persuasive.
Review, analyze, and summarize the contents of large, complex solicitation documents, contracts, and reports.
Define, schedule, and manage the proposal development process.
Lead meetings that involve participants ranging from administrative staff to company executives.
REQUIREMENTS
TRAVEL: None. Will work remote. LICENSING: None required. CERTIFICATION: None required. EDUCATION: Advanced degree in business administration, communications, English, or a related field; or commensurate experience.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
5-10 years’ experience in a senior/lead proposal writer position.
Must have solid communication, multitasking, organizational, time management, research/ interviewing, writing, grammar, and interpersonal skills.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
Ability to meet deadlines while working under pressure as part of a cohesive team.
