The project will renovate usable space into various uses for the Passport Services including but not limited to waiting and transaction spaces, private offices, open office spaces, conference rooms and a break room. Throughout the office spaces, a new plenum sound masking system is to be installed throughout to help with acoustic concerns from the 4th floor gym above. There are also additional components to the 4th floor gym equipment included as part of this project to help with the acoustics on the 3rd floor below.

USACE AEC Bank Stabilization on Big River St Louis District
Work requires harvest of timbers using forestry best management practices; clearing, grubbing, and stripping of existing vegetation for construction; excavation of stream pilot channels through existing gravel bars; removal of a remnant stone structure; placement of longitudinal peak stone toe protection, weirs, and grade control structures; construction of embankments for stabilization using biotechnical stream bank stabilization techniques; and placement of native seeds and/or harvested vegetation. The work would occur across approximately 4,000 linear feet of the Big River on both sides of the bank. Access roads and staging areas will need to be developed in and around the riverine construction area, which can be prone to rapid fluctuations in water levels.

Contractor to follow phasing plan as per construction bid documents and drawings submitted. All work to be performed in according to the provided SOW, drawings, specifications, and any other provided documents.
