Ben White is a Pricing Consultant at SAS-GPS, bringing more than 20 years of experience in government contracting to every engagement he supports. His expertise spans pricing strategy, cost analysis, project management, business development, and operations, providing a comprehensive perspective on developing compliant, competitive pricing proposals. 

Ben supports pricing development from strategy through submission, building detailed cost models, narratives, and pricing volumes that align with solicitation requirements, regulatory guidance, and evaluator expectations. He is particularly skilled in developing defensible pricing strategies that balance compliance with competitiveness to strengthen overall proposal positioning. 

His approach is highly tailored to each client and opportunity. Ben evaluates the client’s industry, the specific solicitation, competitive dynamics, and unique cost drivers to ensure each pricing response is accurate, compliant, and strategically positioned for award. He brings deep expertise in navigating Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS/SCA) and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA/Union), helping contractors build compliant and defensible labor pricing structures. 

Ben works with clients across the full spectrum of experience, from incumbents defending recompetes to first-time offerors developing pricing strategies and required cost buildups. He also supports large prime contractors by coordinating with subcontractor partners to ensure sealed bids meet compliance requirements and align with the overall pricing strategy. 

He holds a double major in Business Marketing and Operations Management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Ben has supported pricing efforts across industries including healthcare, security, financial services, and administrative support for agencies such as DoD, DHS USCIS, USAID, the VA, and MEDCOM.
