Muge Karslioglu

Muge Karslioglu is a Proposal Writer at SAS-GPS, bringing more than 30 years of experience in management and logistical support services across global markets. For over two decades, she has been deeply involved in U.S. federal contracting and international business development, supporting efforts that have resulted in successful contract awards across a range of industries and regions. 

Muge supports proposal development from capture through submission, contributing to proposal writing, compliance management, pricing strategy, and GSA Schedule and contract preparation to ensure each response aligns with solicitation requirements and evaluator expectations. She specializes in federal proposal writing, RFP compliance, and developing competitive proposals for complex logistics, construction, and support services procurements. 

She has played a key role in developing strategic domestic and international business alliances, with particular expertise in expanding operations in complex and high-demand markets, including Iraq, Afghanistan, Brazil, and other emerging regions. That global perspective allows her to position client capabilities effectively across both U.S. Government and international opportunities. 

Muge’s areas of expertise include expeditionary logistics, construction services, base camp operations, warehouse and depot management, transportation services, and IT support. Her operational background enables her to translate highly technical requirements into clear, compliant, and competitive proposal content. 

Muge holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from George Mason University, a foundation that informs her ability to navigate the intersection of global policy, business, and government contracting.
