Chris brings over 20 years of professional, academic, and creative writing experience, including more than a decade specializing in government proposals and competitive applications. He has led the development of high-impact responses to complex RFPs, drawing on a deep understanding of compliance, documentation standards, and persuasive narrative strategy.
Chris’s background includes managing proposals for federal, state, and local agencies across sectors such as workforce development, healthcare, and public infrastructure. His expertise in structuring clear, compelling narratives and navigating technical requirements makes him an asset in fast-paced, detail-intensive environments.

In addition to his proposal work, Chris has significant experience with grant applications and reporting, including projects funded by the U.S. Department of Labor, WIOA, and TANF. He holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Spalding University and a BA in English from the University of Southern Indiana. His analytical mindset and editorial precision consistently support strong, compliant, and competitive submissions.
