Miranda Jasper is a Senior Proposal Writer and Manager with nearly a decade of specialized experience in federal proposal development, and she has helped companies secure more than $1.1 billion in government contracts throughout her career. She brings end-to-end proposal support to every engagement, from capture management and compliance matrix development through technical writing, graphics, past performance, and final production. Before focusing on proposal work, Miranda spent seven years as a Department of Defense intelligence analyst, supporting senior government and military officials with research, writing, and subject matter expertise across multiple agencies and international environments.
