Tony Williams

Tony Williams has worked full-time with SAS-GPS since 2005. He is an expert in the development process for Federal business proposals, including initial Request for Proposal (RFP) assessment, project estimation, client direction and advisement, and information-gathering in addition to the writing of the actual content. He also uses value-added skills such as artwork and graphics development, diagramming (flow charts, organizational charts, etc.), compliance checks, topical research, project planning, and scheduling to lead client proposal teams through the process and develop end-to-end documents that align completely with RFP requirements.

Tony typically has between two and seven proposal engagements running concurrently at any given time and contributes regularly to the writing, graphics, and production support of other SAS-GPS major accounts in addition to his own. Prior to SAS-GPS, he was part of a writing team creating technical manuals for a large software development firm (three years), and wrote and presented training materials on CRM software to executive staff for two years prior to that.

Tony holds a BA in English from UW-Madison.
