VP of Compliance
Tony Williams is the Vice President of Compliance at SAS-GPS , where he has been a full-time contributor since 2005. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in federal proposal development, Tony brings a combination of technical writing expertise, visual communication skills, and deep knowledge of the government contracting process to every engagement he leads.
Tony manages the full proposal lifecycle from end to end, beginning with initial Request for Proposal (RFP) assessment and project estimation through client advisement, information gathering, content development, compliance review, and final production. He is equally skilled in graphics and artwork development, process diagramming, organizational charts, flowcharts, and project planning and scheduling—giving him the ability to lead client proposal teams through complex, high-stakes submissions with consistency and precision.
In addition to leading proposal efforts, Tony plays a key role in supporting major SAS-GPS accounts with writing, document setup, and production support, ensuring each submission meets rigorous compliance and presentation standards. His disciplined, systems-driven approach has been a cornerstone of SAS-GPS’s ability to deliver high-quality proposals across a wide range of industries and agencies.
Before joining SAS-GPS, Tony spent three years developing software manuals for a large technology firm and two years writing and delivering CRM software training to executive-level staff. These experiences sharpened his ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content aligned to evaluator expectations.
