Yannick Sallet is a Proposal Writer at SAS-GPS, bringing more than 14 years of experience in business development, proposal management, and strategic communications across federal, state, municipal, and commercial sectors. As a certified member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), he has built a strong track record leading complex, high-value proposal efforts across the government contracting space.

Yannick supports federal, state, and local proposal development from capture through submission, leading proposal management, technical writing, and RFP compliance to ensure each response aligns with solicitation requirements and evaluator expectations. He specializes in developing competitive, compliant submissions for major contract vehicles such as IDIQs and GWACs, as well as small business set-aside programs including 8(a), SDVOSB, HUBZone, and WOSB, and supports joint ventures, teaming arrangements, and large-scale prime contract pursuits.

He has successfully managed classified and unclassified proposals, including CIO-SP3, CIO-SP4, SeaPort NxG, VETS 2, ENCORE III, and 8(a) STARS II. His portfolio includes contributions to major contract awards such as a $1 billion Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Eligibility Support Contract, a $240 million NASA Space Communications Network Services contract extension, a $32 million FBI IT contract, and a U.S. Navy SeaPort NxG MAC award valued at up to $21 billion. His experience spans agencies including DoD, DHS, NASA, NIH, FEMA, IRS, DISA, and U.S. Special Operations Command, as well as state and local transportation and health agencies.
